Just look at these pictures!  Tell me that’s not making you want some pizza.  This is the perfect recipe to use up some of that leftover pulled pork from the previous recipe I posted.  And it’s pretty delicious, if I do say so myself.  Now I definitely recommend a pre-made dough, whether that be from a box, or just the frozen or refrigerated dough from the grocery.  You can always make your own, but it does make the whole process a lot easier.

So here’s the assembly process!  Roll out the pizza dough and pre-bake for a few minutes.  First goes on the sauce.  I use a blend of pizza sauce and BBQ sauce.  I do the pizza sauce first, then squirt the BBQ sauce in even blobs across the pizza, and use a spoon to mix it together and spread it out evenly.

Then you top with cheese!  We did a blend of mozzarella and sharp cheddar because I like mozzarella for your traditional pizza, and cheddar just seems to go with pulled pork.  Next goes on the pulled pork and onions.  Make sure to pull the pork into small pieces so that it’s easy to bite.

Then I top with more BBQ sauce, and finish with a bit of leftover cheese.  Because cheese makes everything better!  (It’s like you guys you don’t even know me.)  But just look at this finished pizza!
