This recipe was born from some leftover strawberry cheesecake mixture from strawberry lemonade cheesecake bars! It’s a pretty quick recipe, and a way to jazz up your traditional dessert waffles.
Of course, with a dessert waffle you always need a sauce, and this recipe has one built right in! Just reserve some of the strawberry cheesecake sauce before adding it to the batter, and you’ve got yourself a delicious accent to your strawberry cheesecake waffles.
And of course, you can’t forget that whipped cream! Or ice cream if you have it, but I wasn’t prepared when I got around to making these.
