Are the pumpkin spice police going to come after me for posting this recipe not in the fall?  I’m not sure, but I’m braving the waters to share this recipe with you!  Part of the reason is that a co-worker requested these for her birthday, and the other reason is I recently found a clearance sale on the pumpkin spice choco-chips!  So it’s a good time to look out for clearance sales, or keep an eye out next fall for them choco-chips!

These muffins are super moist and delicious!  Keep in mind that they’re not pumped full of preservatives when you make them yourself, so you’ve got to be careful storing them.  I’d say definitely try to eat them within a week–the downside of moist muffins is that they’re more prone to molding.  Good things these are delicious and probably won’t last a week!

See the below picture for the pumpkin spice chips!  Since this blog is “tipsychocochip”, I always feel obliged to try the different choco-chips I find.  These are pretty good!  They’re pretty tasty, although I wouldn’t feel the need to eat them straight.  Give me a good semisweet any day, but then I’ve never been a die-hard pumpkin spice fan.

Enjoy these muffins!  They’re a nice twist away from boring if you want something new to try.  Or even need your pumpkin fix at times other than the fall!
