Deliciously simple addition of sharp cheddar cheese (or your preference of cheese) to buttery toasty garlic bread!
Happy day after Fourth of July! No themed recipe for you this year, but I’ve still been catching up on life, and I thought it was a good idea to share one of my regulars for those busy folk like me! If you follow me at all, or have had a conversation with me in person about food, I’ll bet I’ve mentioned how much I love cheese. So what better than carbs, butter, and cheese? Nothing.
For this version I used sharp white Cheddar, but of course you can adapt to any kind of cheese you like! Mozzarella is good, for stringy and delicious, and Swiss is good for a mild complement. Or go a little more interesting and get some of your fancy cheeses, like caramelized onion cheddar, or garlic & herb harvarti, or chipotle gouda.
