Are you looking for a recipe that has only 5 ingredients? Are you looking for a recipe that involves throwing those ingredients in a slow cooker and forget about it until your house smells like yum? Are you looking for juicy, fall-off-the-bone deliciousness? Then look no further! I’ve got this for you!
Slow cooker BBQ baby back ribs! This is a perfect crowd-pleaser on a weeknight, or any night you want some of that good old comfort food. The trick to this one is picking a good BBQ sauce, considering there’s only three other ingredients (four if you count salt and pepper as individual ingredients). My personal favorite is KC Masterpiece, though this time we used Sweet Baby Ray’s and it still came out super yummy! If you have a favorite sauce, let me know!
Low and slow is the way to go with this, and they’re literally fall off the bone. Look at this! If you’re looking for a recipe that looks impressive to serve, this is NOT it. But if you’re going for taste this recipe is to die for. The meat just falls off the bones so you’re not going to easily separate the ribs. I usually cut/rip them into chunks with a fork and some tongs, since they’re super hot when they come out of the slow cooker.010-BBQRibs
